SG18

Golf hydration system

Powerful on the first. Fresh at the turn. Focused at the last.

Scientifically formulated nutrition for the full four hours.

Why SG18

Your round lasts four hours. Your hydration should too.

Most electrolyte drinks are built for a short gym session. A round asks for something longer: steady swing, clear decisions, and enough left when the card gets tight.

SG18 is three formulas for one round. Drink them in order as the day unfolds.

The Round

Three stages, timed to how a round actually runs.

HOLES 1–9

Prime

You're already a little behind before the first tee, from the coffee and the rush. Prime opens with electrolytes and B-vitamins: 200mg of sodium, zero sugar, no caffeine. Early focus without a spike. The kind of start you only notice when you don't fade by six.

THE TURN – HOLE 15

Sustain

The longest, hottest stretch gets the heaviest dose. 1000mg of sodium with magnesium and potassium to replace what sweat costs you, plus a slow-release carb that works for a couple of hours instead of twenty minutes.

HOLES 16–18

Finish

By now electrolytes are topped up. What slips is concentration. Finish brings 70mg of caffeine with 140mg of L-theanine in a 2:1 ratio, and tapered electrolytes for the three holes that tend to decide the card.

The Range

Three formulas for three stretches of the round.

Each bottle is dosed for a different part of the day. Different sodium, different purpose, same system.

The Science

Built around the length of a round.

Long duration. Steady sweat loss. A finish that asks more of your head than your legs. The formulas follow that shape.

Hours on foot

Most electrolyte drinks are built for about an hour of hard exercise. A round runs closer to four. SG18 spreads the dose across that window so you still have something left on the last green.

The sodium gap

A typical gym drink sits around 200mg of sodium. Sustain carries 1000mg, nearer what a warm four-hour round can cost you in sweat.

Caffeine ratio

Finish pairs 70mg of caffeine with 140mg of L-theanine. That two-to-one ratio helps keep the curve useful through the last three holes.

"Every drink at the course was built for someone doing an hour in a gym. Nothing was built for four hours on foot in the sun. That is the gap SG18 has closed."
